I want to travel standby as an airline employee. How do I go about this with my Visa? Thanks

I would suggest contacting a Russian Consulate near you.

I went on a "buddy pass" last year and all I had to do was send my passport along with the payment to the Russian Visa office in Atlanta. I got it back in about 4 weeks. They handle your "invitation" as well if you need but, it's better to have your hotel info or an actual invitation from someone who lives over there. Have fun!! Moscow is a wonderful city!!!!!
