I am trying to find a hotel near the sights---India Gate, Haji Ali Mosque, etc. I had rented the Hyatt Regency, but cancelled because it was waaaaay to far away from everything. Can you give me any suggestions as to where I should stay? I am mainly going for shopping-Chor Bazaar, women's indian clothing boutiques,etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try the Hotel Taj - Gateway of India or the Hotel Hilton or ITC Sheraton - Grand Central or the Taj Lands End. I'm assuming you're looking for a 5 Star, going by your previous hotel.



The first one is the most ideal, the 2nd one the next most etc etc.



Its the Gateway of India you're looking for, not India Gate (thats in New Delhi). The first hotel in my list is right opposite the Gateway of India and is extremely gorgeous.
