My wife an I will be moving to Eugene in the next few months. We love living in the city where we can walk to restaurants and of course starbucks. Does anyone know of city apartments we should look into. I'm already going to be looking at Broadway Place and Lincoln School. Any other good ones out there??

I live in Eugene. Depending on what you are looking for there ar a lot of rentals. Some very expensive.

www.registerguard.com is the local paper. Try it.

The "Lincoln School was bougt and kicked everyone out I HEARD...

There are places down town but if you do not mind living a few miles out from the University area rents go down. You should be able to find a 3/1 duplex with garage for 675. I have heard of places downtown for $1000. Places around the U run about 300-400 per bedroom.
