My family of four will be in Valparaiso for ten days in March, 2009. I am investigating two bedroom apartments that will comfortably hold all of us. One neighborhood keeps popping up: Cerro Allegre.

I understand its an older area which we desire as it has the quaint feel. Would anyone have an opinion on the area as to safety? How abbout as a place to hang out ( sidewalk cafes, etc. )

 Post subject: Flight Cost
PostPosted: Tue Nov 20, 2007 7:33 pm
We are starting out in New york, and are looking to visit Santiago/easter island. How much should a flight be between Santiago and Easter Island at the end of December?

Also, has anyone found a reasonable flight that includes a stop at Papeete? I know that LAN flies to easter island from both, but they were much too expensive to make it worthwile.

Have you had any experience of car rentals in that ...

When making a reservation for this hotel, if one requests a room with a mountain view , is that what one gets upon arrival? We are interested in your experiences with this type of request/reservation at the Orly.

Thanks. S & A

PostPosted: Wed Dec 09, 2009 12:14 pm
