My partner and i are from Australia and are planning a trip to croatia in July. We are staying with some of his family near Rijeka and are planing to go down the coast and stay a few nights in Dubrovnik.



Can anyone please recommend whether it would be better to catch a ferry from Rijeka to Dubrovnik and then hire a car to drive back for something different... or should we just ...

Dubrovnik have 50 travel agency in center ... so for one hour you can visit 20 and what is best for you...

I've settld my plans to be in the Dubrovnik area for 3 full days at the end of May. Right now we'd like to spend 1-2 of those days touring the old city, 1 daytrip to Kotor and possibly 1/2-1 day lounging on some beaches. Soem questions:



1. If we know we're goign to Kotor and would like to drive should I book the car rental now? We're staying at the Hilton and I've heard ...

I am interested in a high end vacation rental in Split. Anyone have any ideas?

Hello!

I've heard that you can go to different ports in Hvar from Split. Is it possible to go directly to Hvar town so we don't have to drive very far when we get to the island? Also, we are still looking for a place to stay that's under $100 in July....any suggestions?

I will be staying at the Hilton the 3rd week of July & would like to know how far from the beach is the hotel? Is it worth it to take a ferry to a nearby island? Thanks so much!

Can anyone tell me if there are any summer schools for croatian language (beginners) during summer - in Umag, Pula, Porec or perhaps somewhere else in Istria? I would like 2-4 weeks of intensive training (every day), and would like to know the prices.

ive been looking at hotels as im thinking of visiting cratia for 3 days. iv looked at brioni and laguna istra. are these near the airport in pula, any idea how much a taxi would coust to these hotels.



anyone any reccommendations for other hotels around here?



finally, wats the weather like start of may?

Hoping someone can help with this little problem!



A group of us are visiting Pula in May, the trouble is one of the party may have to leave a day early to go to a sports tournament in Munich.



My question is how easy will this be? I notice there are only 2 destinations from Pula airport - London and Zagreb. What about getting a train, surely this would be possible even if it involves ...

My wife and I are thinking of visiting Dubrovnik next summer and were checking out some of the beaches, and stumbled upon a link to the eastwest beach club. It looks very nice. Any opinions on it? We enjoy places like South Beach in Miami, and it looks like this beach club has the same "vibe".
