Is there a hop on hop off sightseeing bus service in Riga in December? If so, where are the bus stops and how much does it cost to use?

On this trip was my Husband and I for a 3 night winter break to Riga.



I will give a brief description of places we visited and my view of the city.



Airline - We flew with Ryanair from East Midlands and paid around 75 each return flight time was around 2 and 1/2 hours.



Airport Parking- I used Prestiage Parking which is right by the terminal and a 5 - 10 minute walk to ...
