To find your ideal cab, the best way is to go online. Most good ...

I will be visiting London for seven days in April. I would like to take a day trip out of London at least one of those days. I have researched a few of the tours and thought this one sounded interesting. It was being offered by Evans & Evan, among others, for $100 per person. Has anyone done this tour? Would it be possible to do it cheaper on my own? I am not usually ...

I am trying to locate a family by the name of Trench. Jimmy and Kathleen are a couple I knew when we were both living in Spain. The last address I have is in Scotland but I know they have a son and daughter living on Guernsey. I think the son's name might be David. I have not heard from Jimmy and Kathleen in about two years and would love to locate them or a ...

We are flying into Edinburgh in May. My husband wants to play golf once or twice. He golfs reasonably well, but I am a beginner. We don't want to play on a course that is prestigious and "fast." We would rather play a "hidden gem" where we can play leisurely and as a twosome. Also, we would prefer a course that has motorized carts available. We will have a car and don't plan to stay ...

Has anyone ever taken this tour called "LEEDS CASTLE, CANTERBURY, DOVER, GREENWICH and THAMES RIVER CRUISE" or have experience with Premium Tours? This sounds like a great way to see some thing we're interested in.
We really want to see Windsor but don't want it combined with a tour to Bath or Stonehenge as we're doing those things on our own.

Post subject: Eurostar: return vs. one-way fares/tickets Posted: Fri Sep 04, 2009 11:18 pm |

Eurostar travelers!
Planning on using the Eurostar from London to Paris, and found out that return tickets cost less than one-way. Also saw that a "compulsory" return applys to the return tickets. Is this "compulsory" rule strictly enforced? What happens if I purchase the return ticket and not catch the train back to London?
