We will fly from Munich and would like to catch a train to Flam on the same day. Is the "Oslo Lufthavn Gard" station on www.NSB.no the international Oslo Airport? If so, we can book the train ticket from Oslo Lufthavn Gard - Oslo S - Myrdal - Flam, right? Can anyone confirm my understanding?



BTW, I read it somewhere that the route from Myrdal to Flam is beautiful. But my train schedule for that route is during 20.55-21.45 in mid-August. Will it get dark by that time already??

You have got the routes right. "Lufthavn" is "Airport" (isn't it approximately the same in German ?).



In Mid-August you should still be able to enjoy the scenic views.
