I'm trying to coordinate a business trip for 4 people to Moscow. These people will have a lot of luggage with them.

What is the best way for them to travel between Sheremetyevo Airport and their hotel? Should I book a mini-van and how much should I estimate that it will cost them? Can you suggest any companies to assist?

In SVO-2 arrival hall there is a stand for Moscab company. They drive minivans, that cost approx RUR 1500 (about USD 57) to the city center. You pay at the stand, the price is fixed.

Minivans are big enough, if there is really a LOT of luggage you can take 2 minivans, it will cost you RUR 3000.

At the current exchange rate it makes about USD 113.
