www.primaria-constanta.ro ->Constanta City Hall, info, fotos

www.constantza-port.ro ->information aboat port, ferry, etc

Hey smarske, perhaps, for next time you may also want to consider checking out http://www.constantaromaniahotels.com/. There are a lot of options there and the prices are decent, from what i've seen. Hope this helps on your next visit!
